Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory, Our factory is located in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province.The total
work floor size is 20000 square meters. There are 3 manufacturing sites, hanging roller, hinges and
maglev sliding door.
Q2. Can I have a sample before order?
A: Yes, sure .we can send you the sample to test and check the quality .
Q3. What about the lead time?
A: For samples normally 2 days,for bulk order,it depend on the quantity, 15- 20 days should
be okay.
Q4:How to get a sample from you?
A: Samples will be free if cost under usd10 , but the freight should be on your side. If you
have express account like DHL,UPS etc we will send you directly, if you don't have you can
send express cost to us, any sample cost could be returned in the first order.
Q5. Do you have any MOQ requirement?
A: No special requirement for the MOQ,big quantity is warmly welcome.
Q6.What kind of service can you provide once we place the order ?
A: After we received the order, we arrange the production, our QC members will control the
